FILM STUDY. 02
Black and white photography has always been timeless. A walk around midtown this week with one roll of Kodak Tri-X 400. Seeing the world in black and white allows you to see the shadows and highlights in a completely different light. It takes away the distraction from colors, and really forces you to pay attention to the finite details, the main subjects, and the overall story telling. Mid-day when the sun is the harshest, black and white brings out the contrast and those harsh shadows that have always intrigued me. These are my Film Studies.
